The New Curling Alberta Website is Under Construction

The new Curling Alberta website is currently under construction.  We expect to have it up and running as soon as possible in the fall, but the meantime, please visit the Alberta Curling Federation website for information on courses, bonspiels, competitions, and more. Thank you for your patience as we integrate all information from the old sites (NACA, SACA, PCA) to this temporary central location. If you don't find what you are looking for, please call our office at: 780-643-0809.

Curling Alberta announces that Stasia Perkins, in her role as Director of Clubs and Competition, and Wendy Dickin, in her role as Program Coordinator, have resigned from their posts effective September 4, 2018.  Both Stasia and Wendy have devoted countless hours in service to our sport, and their dedication and passion will be missed.  Most notably, their commitment to building strong relationships with our clubs, and providing excellent and helpful services to our players, is deserving of the highest appreciation.  We wish them every success and happiness in the next chapter in their lives.
As of now, any inquiries should be directed to Curling Alberta’s Executive Director, Jill Richard, at (780) 903-9554 or jill.richard@curlingalberta.ca

July 30th, 2018 is a day to remember for curling history in Alberta!

The amalgamation of the four governing bodies for the sport is complete; the new organization, which is now named Curling Alberta, is officially incorporated.

This incorporation date completed ahead of schedule with the new Board and staff working diligently together over the past few months making significant progress with preparations for the upcoming season and beyond. Behind the scenes, Curling Alberta is already hard at work to develop its new identity and logo which will be unveiled this fall.

A sincere thank you is owed to all volunteers and staff from all over the province that made this possible. Without your contributions and hard work through the years, this new organization would not be starting on such a strong foundation.

On the Curling Alberta Board of Directors: Curtis Fairhurst appointed as President, Jeff Ginter as Vice President, Steve Young as Treasurer, and David Heavenor as Secretary. To view the full Board of Directors list, please click here.
