Curling clubs are experiencing a variety of problems adapting to an ever-changing world. There are pressures of new sources of revenue, membership recruitment, membership retention, volunteer management, marketing and many more. The NACA have several course conductors trained to help clubs answer these questions. What is the Business of Curling Program? Phase 1 - is a one day work shop of three to six clubs sharing ideas, exploring other ways of doing business, seeing how trends affect our clubs and looking at customer service. Phase 2 - is a two day work shop with one club developing a short term strategic plan. Phase 3 - is a one year commitment to research and creating a long term business plan.
